Idle Hands Craft Ales LLC was formed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with a straightforward purpose: to brew honest, well-made ales for the community around us. Our production facility and taproom sit at 89 Commercial St in Malden, a city with a long working history along the Malden River, where small manufacturers and tradespeople have operated for generations.
We brew in small, closely monitored batches rather than large runs, which allows our team to control every stage of the process by hand — from milling and mashing to fermentation, conditioning, and packaging. This approach costs us efficiency, but it gives our regulars something they can count on: consistency, freshness, and a taproom pour that always tastes the way it was intended.
